"Solving the energy and climate challenges: Is there a path ahead?"
The complex relationship between energy resource use, climate change and technology
development is right at the centre of contemporary public debate. At the ECT-Conference,
leading experts gave an up-to-date and knowledge based presentation of major
issues and policy solutions. E.g.: Will the Copenhagen climate negotiations in
December succeed in reaching a global climate agreement acceptable to all parties,
and how should this be done? Is climate change a threat to economic development,
and how can this conflict be resolved? There were also sessions devoted to more
local ECT-issues of relevance to the Bergen and Western Norway areas, held in
Norwegian/Scandinavian languages.
Conference fee NOK 3.000 incl. VAT
